charismaTec is specialized in the development of high-tech products for security applications. In collaboration with police and document experts, charismaTec OG has developed a mobile document checking device called Doculus Lumus®. With this device it is possible to check passports, ID cards and other documents at the airport, on the train or on the motorway and identify forgeries within 30 seconds. The product was launched in March 2015, and today it supports the security officers of many countries worldwide between Austria and Australia for border protection.

The implementation of a small and cheap opto-electronic component in the company’s existing product, Doculus Lumus, for the detection of the decay time of fluorescent security inks.
