Eurotek International is a small Polish company operating in the photonics equipment business. The company's business comes from two general sources. One is authorized sales and servicing of equipment (e.g. Coherent), while the other is delivery of customized photonics solutions to research and development customers (universities and large companies). Such solutions include optical measurement setups, custom laser systems or fiber optic components.

The development of a new laser heating system. The project calls for an all-solid one piece of fiber beam delivery optical unit which would be capable of transmitting optical power of >200W and allow for imaging the delivery of the fiber-sized beam onto a target. The projected system must be able to penetrate the target system (typically a vacuum processing chamber) through apertures of 15mm diameter or less. The main applications of the projected system include area laser heating in the semiconductor industry to reach high temperatures over a large wafer area.
